Ingredients for “Cold Tiramisu Dessert”:
- Instant coffee – 5 tsp
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Water – 0.5 cup
- Butter – 50 g
- Powdered sugar – 50 g
- Sweetened condensed milk – 3 tsp
- Cream cheese – 150 g
- Milk – 150 ml
- Savoiardi biscuits – 150 g
Preparation time: 80 minutes
Servings: 4
- In a cup, mix 5 teaspoons of coffee with 4 tablespoons of sugar and add half a cup of cold water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In another bowl, mix 50 g of butter with 50 g of powdered sugar. Add 3 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk and 150 g of cream cheese. Beat well with a mixer until smooth.
- Pour half of the coffee mixture into a separate bowl. Add 150 ml of milk.
- Dip half of the Savoiardi biscuits into the milk and place them at the bottom of a dish. Spread half of the cream over the biscuits.
- Repeat the layers using the remaining biscuits and cream.
- Sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to soak and chill.
