Sweet Melon Bread

Ingredients for “Sweet Melon Bread”:

  • Melon – 125 g
  • Water – 200 ml
  • Sugar (or to taste) – 120 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 550 g
  • Bran – 1 tbsp
  • Dough starter (*** ) – 300 g
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp

Cooking time: 240 minutes

  1. Cut the melon into pieces and place it in a blender.
  2. Blend until pureed.
  3. In the bread maker container, pour in the water, add the melon puree, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
  4. Add the flour and bran.
  5. Pour in the dough starter.
  6. Turn on the bread maker, select the “Sweet Bread” program, set the weight to 1500 g, and choose a light crust color.
  7. Press the “Start” button and wait for the pleasant aroma of fresh bread, which will take about 3.5 hours.
  8. Carefully remove the finished bread from the container and cool it on a rack.
  9. Slice and serve.
