Ingredients for “Sweet Melon Bread”:
- Melon – 125 g
- Water – 200 ml
- Sugar (or to taste) – 120 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 550 g
- Bran – 1 tbsp
- Dough starter (*** ) – 300 g
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
Cooking time: 240 minutes
- Cut the melon into pieces and place it in a blender.
- Blend until pureed.
- In the bread maker container, pour in the water, add the melon puree, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Add the flour and bran.
- Pour in the dough starter.
- Turn on the bread maker, select the “Sweet Bread” program, set the weight to 1500 g, and choose a light crust color.
- Press the “Start” button and wait for the pleasant aroma of fresh bread, which will take about 3.5 hours.
- Carefully remove the finished bread from the container and cool it on a rack.
- Slice and serve.
