Cold dessert “Tiramisu”

Ingredients for “Cold Tiramisu Dessert”:

  • Instant coffee – 5 tsp
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Water – 0.5 cup
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g
  • Sweetened condensed milk – 3 tsp
  • Cream cheese – 150 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Savoiardi biscuits – 150 g

Preparation time: 80 minutes
Servings: 4

  1. In a cup, mix 5 teaspoons of coffee with 4 tablespoons of sugar and add half a cup of cold water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. In another bowl, mix 50 g of butter with 50 g of powdered sugar. Add 3 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk and 150 g of cream cheese. Beat well with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the coffee mixture into a separate bowl. Add 150 ml of milk.
  4. Dip half of the Savoiardi biscuits into the milk and place them at the bottom of a dish. Spread half of the cream over the biscuits.
  5. Repeat the layers using the remaining biscuits and cream.
  6. Sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour to soak and chill.
